Terms of Service

ShortsPost (the "Service", available at https://shortspost.xyz) is a free web tool that lets TikTok creators upload short videos from a computer and publish them to their own TikTok account, either immediately or at a time they schedule. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and your account

You log in with TikTok Login Kit. You may connect only a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage, and you must meet TikTok's own age and eligibility requirements. You can end access at any time with "Disconnect" on your dashboard or in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services.

Posting

The Service publishes a video only after you have chosen it and pressed "Post to TikTok" or "Schedule post", or sends it to your TikTok inbox as a draft when you press "Send to TikTok inbox". Drafts are not published until you post them yourself in the TikTok app. Direct posts use the caption, privacy level, interaction settings and commercial content disclosure you selected. Scheduled posts are published automatically at the time you chose; you can cancel a scheduled post until it starts uploading. TikTok may refuse or limit a post, for example if your account cannot post at that moment, and publication time may vary slightly.

Your content

You may post only content that you own or have the right to publish. You remain solely responsible for it and must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, for commercial content, the Branded Content Policy. You keep all rights to your videos; the Service claims no ownership and adds no watermarks or branding.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to post spam, illegal or infringing content, to post to accounts that are not yours, or to overload or attack the Service. We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these terms. Current limits: videos up to 500 MB, up to 20 scheduled posts per account, scheduling up to 30 days ahead.

Availability and warranty

The Service is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to publish every scheduled post on time but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed or delayed posts or for indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
